bad sellers
If a buyer purchases a blue vacuum and the seller sends the buyer a lavender vacuum and then message you on the day its delivered that he didn't have a blue one but sent you a lavender one anyway without any input from you. Isn't that the bait and switch? Getting rid of the colors that don't sell in a sly way? Then taking a week to deal with it and then making me package it back up print my own label and then drive it all the way into town and drop it off at Fedex. This does not seem professional or fair to the buyer. This is probably the most fraudulent seller i have ever come across. Should Ebay step in with a refund for this buyer in this case?

Here's what to do...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
