bad seller ,ebay will not honor refund policy
I have been buying on E bay for years, recently I tried to buy a GPS, it Never came . I filled a for refund , after waiting 8 days for Ebay to respond ,and contacting seller he provided a tracking number .
After contacting fedx customer service and putting the number ,it showed a completely referent address .
with these facts in hand E Bay still will not refund my $74.20. the "why ?" decision I'm not getting my refund was never explained.
