Seller lies about items was rude and threatening me

Sold ma item lied about the size said it was a 1/24 scale truck ,it was a 1/32 scale

Told me he would not refund me and as he wanted me to pay for shipping

Then told me to kick rocks and kiss off total **bleep** I accidently gave him positive feedback and want to fix it and give him negative feed back to this matter totally wrong on his part I got ripped off overpaid for a 10dollar item he charged me over 30 bucks

@willin_6258 Sorry, but it's not possible to change a positive to negative feedback.

Why not return it for a full refund? The seller has to pay return shipping for not as described items.
