Bad seller
This seller sent me the wrong item (a 4-string set instead of the 5-string set i ordered), After that I sent him three letters, he does not contact me even when I gave him negative feedback. Apparently he doesn't care about his record.This is a bad seller. He set up his sales system on Еbay so that if there are any problems with the goods and you want to make a return of the goods to get your money back, you have to pay for mailing. Even though it's not my fault that he sent me something different than what I ordered.

If you receive something, but it is not the item listed, you can open a not as described return to get your money back. You have 30 days from the delivery date to open the case.

Go to your purchase history and in the drop down menu for the item select "return this item, Select "Received wrong item" or "Doesn't match description or photos" for the return reason.
The seller will need to provide a return shipping label if they want the item back. Do not close the return, no matter what the seller tells you, until you are satisfied. The seller does not need you to close it to send a replacement or do a refund. If you close it you will not be able to reopen it. Make sure to monitor any deadlines so you don't miss them.
