BAD SELLER

I made a purchase from a seller here DSANKER_DIRECT that does not stand behind there products warranty I bought this item because the seller ADVERTISES and STATES on there page that the unit has a 5yr warranty I have in good faith reached out to them many times with NO REPLY I asked EBAY for HELP and they were USELESS !! in this matter I even Went DIRECTLY to there COMPANIES WEB PAGE and left a MESSAGE there with no reply . Just having a PROBLEM how can EBAY allow this company to use FALSE ADVERTISING and still continue to state this LIE. I have been a BUYER here for 15yrs spent THOUSAND & THOUSANDS of DOLLARS here And to be treated the way EBAY handled this issue. I don't like AMAZON but i feel I may try them and TEMU Hopefully they have HONEST SELLER THERE !!.

This is not Ebay's fault. They cannot monitor what millions of sellers state on their listing page.
Ebay sellers cannot offer warranties on their items unless they are an authorized dealer for the company that manufactures the item.

OP1 year agoYEAH What ever wait till you loose over $100.00 because EBAY won't monitor there sellers and you'll be posting here !!!!. EBAY needs to take it upon there selves to investigate when someone has a complaint about a seller they should make a purchase so they can see for them selves that the seller is offering nothing but LIES, This is a form of THEFT BY DECEPTION !!
