BAD SELLER
I just had a seller call me a lying old hag because I had to return a damaged item. What can be done about this? The seller had to know the item was damaged before they mailed it out. It was packaged very good and there was no damage to the bubble envelope. But the stem on the brooch moved back and forth. Help because that is totally un-acceptable!.

Mentor2 years agoYes it is totally unacceptable. You can report the seller using the Report message option in the Actions dropdown located in the message you received.
