Bad screen purchase
Any advice on how to resolve this:
I bought a iphone 14 pro max screen with tools from a seller. The screen arrived with tools that don't work for the phone. So I have to pay 1/3 of the cost of the screen to get it put in only to find that the screen is faulty. Of course to send it back I have to now pay another pro to remove it. The seller offered me 10% refund to change my 1 star review, but I am so ripped off! Any ideas?
