Bad Review
Hi All,
I'm a small reseller and recently thought all my active listings had been removed. I've just checked back in to start a new season of selling and discovered I completely missed shipping a sold item last fall. Needless to say I received a bad review. Buyer was refunded by eBay. I felt horrible about this when I discovered the error and sent the missed order to the buyer. (Not an expensive item.) But now after 40 5 star reviews, the 1 star review received has brought my rating to an 80%. Is there anything I can do to help offset this??
