Bad review
So fairly new to eBay selling and I went to my local post office to send an acrylic case with three butterflies and they helped me pack it and when it arrived the lady said the butterflies were damaged but the case was not. Of course I apologized over and over and assured her I would work it out and she still gave me a bad review. What can I do?? I’m so mad, and for some reason it said my account was restricted, this was $51 only please help I’m losing sleep and very upset!!!
