Bad return experience
I don’t sell a lot of things on eBay but need some help. We listed several like items for sale and a buyer messaged and asked if we would combine them as one lot. We did and they purchased them. Shipped them out and a couple of weeks later they wanted to return because there were “droppings” on the item. We never saw a droppings on the item. We accepted the return and they shipped it back. There are no signs of droppings on the box or in the shipping box. I haven’t refunded yet. Do I have any recourse?
