Bad quality product…
Electric grill lasted 4 uses and stopped working. When I let the seller know he suggested I look for help on YouTube.Is E-Bay going to crap?Also ordered a book last month,arrival date was the 16 th of June,then they changed it to the 23rd,it’s July 3rd and still waiting?…**bleep**

The grill is returnable for 30 days after receipt, if not the quality described in the listing.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
With something like a grill, you can expect the price you pay to be indicative of the quality you will receive - if it was a very low price, then it is going to be very low quality. I would agree that there are way too many low quality low price products for sale on eBay.
For the book, no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

I don’t know specifically why the delivery changed several times, other than to say that media mail can be slow.
