Bad products
I always purchase 3 algaecal at a time. I open them as needed. I opened 1 container and it was brown. I opened the next 2 all brown. It was over 2 months since purchase. The normal shelf life is 2 years. Is there anything I can do?
The seller was quite mean to deal with. As a separate issue, he only sent 1 and asked me for pictures??? Does he not know what he's selling? He was clearly wrong and sent 2 more. He seems like a dishonest seller.

Mentor5 months ago@11markyarte I am sorry but the eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the date of delivery. An eBay agent can not extend this.
Your only option now is contact your payment method to see what protection you have for an item that is significantly not as described.
