Bad product
I purchased a Salt Cell which is a chlorine generator for my pool . Bought it in the winter so I could make payments . Then when my pool was ready to open it would be paid for . I got the product and while it looked like the one I was replacing it did not have the manufacture name on it . But I was saving $400. It was also in a plain brown box. I had ask the seller before buying it if it was new he responded do not worry it is of high quality . Fast forward to April when I opened my pool and put the part on much to my surprise it did not work. I messaged the seller but because it has been 5 months he will not do anything for me . I have reached out to Ebay who will not do anything either. Has anyone found a way to make the seller accountable ? the item was $1012.00 That is a lot of money for me . The seller is JDC-OCEAN while he has a 99% rating I was thinking a reputable seller. And now I can not even warn others about this seller is there any way to post about this seller because I guess you can not even leave a review after 30 days either . Thank You for any help !!

Mentor1 year agoSorry that your purchase did not go as planned. eBay has a Money Back Guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the item and makes no exceptions to this time limit. So you will not be able to get any help from eBay.
You can try asking your payment source to see if they can provide any help. There are time limits for this depending on your payment source.
