Bad items,not as advertised items and won’t accept returns or refund
Opened a case for refund of items different from item advertised and some scratched up and can’t use.Seller declined. What can I do?

Mentor8 months agoThe seller should not be able to decline if you specified a valid reason for the return request.
If your request is still open, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
