Bad gift card
I got a gift card that is missing the 13 digit code, only has nine digits.
Ebay is selling bad gift cards, and stealing our money.
what can I do about this?

The cards are put on display in that store on the corner and thieves steal the numbers. They have a way to check the card numbers. When they see a card has been purchased and activated, they use the card.
If one has to buy gift cards, buy the ones that have a security panel on the back that protects those numbers.
Buying online/digital cards can be a solution as well.

OP1 year agoThis card was printed without all the numbers under the security panel,
this was a default in the printing, by ebay.
It wasn’t stolen by a scammer.
