Bad feeling about a seller
I’ve been buying and selling on eBay for a while now. When I make a sale, I go out of my way to make sure the item ships asap. I made a purchase last week, and the seller said he was waiting for forms from eBay and needed to find a proper box for shipping? Not sure what forms he’s referring to but when I sell items the box is already in place before I create a listing. I reached out to the seller after a couple of days to see if he found a box, and now he stating he’s working and unable to ship the item for a few days. I’m not getting a good feeling about this and want to cancel the transaction but he already tagged the item with a pre tracking number. What are my options?

Mentor3 years agoIf the item has not arrived by the day after the last estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history, you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and refund you.
