Bad feedback that ebay said wasn't my fault
The person buying something he read wrong that clearly said I had only 1 of left a bad mark how do I get it off if it wasn't my fault

Mentor4 months agoThe title & description and pictures all indicate that you were selling a set of 4. If the buyer bought quantity of 1, they were entitled to receive ONE SET of 4. The buyer did not read it wrong, you listed it incorrectly.
If you wanted to sell the items individually (not in a set) you should have not have stated "set" in the title and you should have had a picture of ONE hubcap, not all 4 together, and you needed to specify that the listing was for ONE hubcap with the ability of the buyer to choose the quantity of individual hubcaps they wanted to buy.
