Bad feedback from a buyer that didn't read the listing
I have been a seller with 100% feedback for many years and have sold many of this HD bar & shield I have listed and total 60 of them that I have listed. I gave the buyer the option to ship back for a full refund if not opened and he opened it. This is a vintage HD Bar & shield Xonox 1998 unopened. This buyer did not read the listing and it was stated clearly that all pictures were my builds on this item to show what can be done with it. The buyer did not read the listing an sent a threat that he would leave bad feedback if I did not refund and make it right. Sure enough the buyer left bad feedback. I contacted ebay to have it removed and would not. Here is a buyer that has had a account for 1 year and purchased 27 items and ebay lets it stand to let this buyer do this to me. Right under his bad feedback I have a buyer that has purchased 5 of them with 100% feedback. Ebay is letting first time accounts destroy sellers that have paid big $$$$ in fees and I am asking for any help before I close my account. This is not right when we all pay big money to ebay and they let us go down the drain for a new account that may have spent $300.00 it his short 1 year account ASKING FOR ANY HELP !! OUT THERE
