Bad Feedback
I received a negative feedback about an item that I didn't even sell to a Buyer. I reached out via PM, nothing. I selected the modify feedback option with no reply. It expired. I asked eBay to remove the feedback. They said no, and it was obvious by their reasoning that they didn't really "review" the request.
After I exhausted all the avenues I posted my experience with the buyer via his feedback. Of course the only way I could do that is if I selected "positive" experience.
After a couple weeks, I finally received a message (saved screenshot) from the buyer admitting that he did it by mistake. Now I have exhausted all of the options to get it removed or revised and I can't find a way to actually contact eBay with the admission.
I had 100% positive feedback prior to this and this was over a cheap $25 digital watch.
Any suggestions on how to get this corrected?
