·2 years agoHi @yesraiders Have you talked to the buyer and tried to resolve the problem? If you can resolve it, and if the buyer is willing to revise the feedback, you can send them a feedback revision request:

You're only allowed 5 requests per year, so don't send a request unless you already know the buyer is willing to change the feedback.
I looked at the feedback, and it would not be eligible for eBay to remove it.

OP2 years agoThank you for that info, this is hard to believe after 20 plus years of service, one bad customer has done this without even giving me a chance to help resolve the issue like I always do.

·2 years ago@yesraiders Sorry the buyer wouldn't let you resolve the problem. The good news is eBay no longer counts feedback against your seller performance requirements.
