Bad experience with seller

Question

I purchased a H&R Block tax software who stated in writing the software allows five (5) Federal efiles at no charge. It turned out the I was only allowed only two(2) efiles. I emailed the seller twice about the problem, but did not get any reply. I am beginning to believe the seller engaged in unscrupulous conduct by sharing the activation code I bought from them with other people. Did anyone encounter the same problem?

So, there is no procedure for you to follow
