Bad engine
Bought a engine from perfect auto parts
he sent the wrong motor the first time which I should’ve k ew something was up
finally got the correct engine and got it in and the mechanic states the valves were pushed up and bent

so now I’m put 1300$ dollars and my daughter is epileptic and we need this car for her appointments
I honestly thought eBay was a honest business
no one has reached out to me
not eBay and the seller just stopped responding altogether
he literally took my money and sold me a bad engine
I’m so torn it’s Like guys have been taking advantage of the fact im a female and they screw me over everytime someone anyone
help me please

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
If it is past 30 days, file a returns request with Paypal if that is how you paid. They allow up to 180 days from date of sale. As a last resort, file a charge back with your credit card issuer if that is how you paid.

I have spent over 4k alone on this car paying the mechanic
How do I contact eBay directly about this?
I don’t have 1300 $ to just give away
