Bad drill.
Probably no hope for me -- I bought two used electric drills - both Milwaukee brand from two different vendors. One of the drills is defective. No prob, send it back, right?
Wrong. What I didn't notice is that both vendors showed pictures of a different drill. Yup, it's the right kind of drill, but the serial numbers are different. So, I have no way to tell which vendor the bad drill came from,
02-14063-71600, or 27-14027-55915.
Caveat Emptor.

We cannot look at your orders.
Did you keep any of the packaging? Maybe you can tell from the return address? Or do you remember which arrived first? You could look t the delivery dates in your purchase history.
In the future, consider keeping the packing materials in case you have to return an item - then you don’t have to hunt for a box and bubble wrap/peanuts, etc.
