bad diamond
Ordered diamond ear rings from gdgindia and received "authenticity guarantee" but this guarantee is worthless because one diamond had large black spot on it.
How can I talk to someone at ebay to get help returning this item?

Mentor4 months ago@05open They are authentic diamonds is all eBay checks for. They don't check the color, cut, or clarity in detail. Did the sellers listing say that it was a higher grade diamond than what you received? If yes then file not as described return request case.
The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label or a full refund then ask eBay to step in and help: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
Let me know if you need to return an item to another country as there are additional steps required. The seller pays return shipping for an item that is not as described no matter where they are located.

Mentor4 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
