Bad customer service
I received a set of sheets with tiny bugs in them that I thought may be mites .. I contacted the seller she disputed the claim
The bugs were alive and moving and I called eBay the representative reassured me that they would help but I had to wait until the 10th to ask them to intervene.. yesterday I went to ask for help they said I had to wait until the 12th
the seller would not budge I noticed an email last night that I lost the case .. I paid almost $100.for sheets I threw away … they were asking for pictures !! It’s crazy I have carpeting .. I removed sheets and packing from my house and steam
cleaned my bedroom rug it was a nightmare.
I can’t get through the phone number I tried to appeal online and I can’t find a place to write a statement … I called they disconnect me ..
I feel scammed …
