Bad customer
Customer order my posting. I immediately packed and shipped. Then I’m told what was received wasn’t what I posted and wants a refund. The item is exactly what I posted. Now I’ve refunded it but there’s no product returned. eBay has done absolutely nothing

Mentor2 years agoNever ever refund before your item is returned, if you do, ebay can't help you. Best you can do is ask buyer if he will still return the item if you send them prepaid return label.

·2 years agoYou should have accepted the return, which it seems you did, issued the buyer a prepaid shipping label, and then fully refunded only AFTER you received the item back.
If you voluntarily refunded before receiving the item back, there is really nothing eBay can do to help.
They are not able to pull the funds back from the buyer, nor can they force the buyer to now return the item to you.
