A seller is unable to change feedback given to a buyer. The only reason feedback can be changed is if the recipient of the feedback sends a formal feedback revision request to the other party. And this can only be requested if the feedback is negative or neutral.
Since a buyer may only receive positive feedback from the seller, a buyer can not request a feedback revision.
If the wording of the feedback violates eBay policy (negative comments within positive feedback), the recipient of that feedback can ask eBay to review.

It is impossible for a seller to leave the buyer a negative rating. Their comment has to match the rating they leave. If they left a negative comment when leaving positive feedback it is removable.
