Bad buyers
Is it possible to let the 2ed highest bidder have it? The winning bid is a fake account, no purchase, sales, or feedback, been on ebay since 2018..
Also the bid wasent in the bidding history... that makes me feel like eBay is in on it...
Or just relist and move on?

You are required to sell & ship to the winning bidder when Ebay informs you that the buyer has paid and ok to ship.
