Bad buyer, eBay letting them ruin me
So I had 2 identical items I sold here and 1 went thru fine as did the second - until three days later. Three days later - and after I had left positive comments expecting the same - the buyer throws a total tantrum demanding a refund and saying this isn't what he wanted. I have no returns policy on and the other unit sold fine, no complaints but I offered a return. The guy continues his tirade calling me a scammer and leaving me a comment saying I'm a scammer. I've been on eBay over 20 years now and have never seen such poor behavior. I have worked hard for over 20 years and cannot accept a comment calling me a scammer, what to do?
