Bad Buyer
I had an item up for sale which a person bid on and won. They never paid so the transaction was deleted. I put the item back up for sale and the exact same person bid and won again. I offered to refund 1/2 the shipping costs after it was paid for and they are still refusing to pay. What should I do???
