Bacpac
Hello i paid for a bacpac. Money went off my account but it is not reflecting on e bay. My bank confirmed the amount cleared. So i dont really know what else i can do.

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file an Item Not Received case.
