Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding a past order on my account that was sold over two months ago. Unfortunately, I had listed the item and completely forgot about it, and I also missed the notification that it was purchased. As a result, the item was never shipped, and the buyer did not receive it.
I understand this was my responsibility, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I’ve since located the issue and am taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I noticed that:
- A selling fee may still be applied even though the order wasn’t fulfilled;
- Negative feedback may have been left due to the missed shipment.
Could you please assist with:
- Removing any selling fees associated with that order, as the item was not sent and likely refunded automatically;
- Removing the negative feedback (if possible), as I’d like to resolve this issue respectfully and continue selling responsibly on eBay.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards, Anastasiia

Selling fees are assessed at the moment the item was sold and are not refundable if you did not resolve the issue with the buyer.
The buyer's feedback will not be removed since it is the buyer's honest opinion of the transaction and does not violate Ebay feedback policy.

·1 year agoNot fulfilling a paid order is one of the most serious infractions as a seller. The defect and feedback are not removable just because you want to do better. Instead, you’ll need to wait for the defect to time out after a year, and if you want to get positive feedback to balance out the negative, you’d have to get some successful sales with happy enough customers that they leave positive feedback. That will be an uphill climb with a current feedback score of-1, though.
