Ayuda rembolso
Tuve un problema con un artÃculo y abrà una devolución por medio de eBay ! Luego de un tiempo abrà una disputa con PayPal y ahora eBay cerró el caso y el vendedor se comunicó conmigo porque va a acceder a darme un rembolso parcial para dejar todo asi
que debo hacer para que eBay permita al vendedor hacerme el rembolso
o de qué manera el vendedor puede hacerme el rembolso parcial ?

Mentor1 year ago@diniecaizale0. You can not have more than one case open for a refund request. eBay closed your case because you went to PayPal.
If you are happy with a partial refund the seller should be able to do this from the PayPal refund request.
Or the seller can select send refund from the drop down menu next to the sold item and send the amount that was agreed upon.
Don't close the PayPal refund request until you are happy. Escalate the case to PayPal before it times out and closes automatically.
