Yes I ordered a part for my car and paid $188.00. After I placed my order someone added another address to my address on the shipping label. I’ve never heard of this address or ever been there. I’ve been a loyal customer of EBay for 10 years with the same address. My package was sent to the address after mine but when I contacted the seller he wouldn’t give me a refund or replace the order because he said it was delivered. It was delivered but not to me. Why was it not questioned it had 2 address on the label? Why did it go to the second address and not mine the first one? But all the seller would say is that it was delivered. What can I do? This really hit hard money wise since I’m on a fixed income. I’m an honest person and I just want people to treat me the same way and I don’t feel I have been. What can I do? Thank you.
