Yes I ordered a part for my car paid around $190.00. I’ve been with EBay for over 10 years at the same address and have been a good customer. After I placed my order on the shipping label after my address another address was added but not by me. It was an address I had never heard of or been to. It was delivered to the address after mine. So I didn’t get my package or a refund because the seller said it was delivered. It was but not to my address. Why does the seller say it was delivered to me when it wasn’t? What should I do?

Mentor1 year agoWhen you went to ebay Checkout to pay and you saw a different address that was not your address, why didn't you make the change so the SHIP TO address would be correct? It would appear someone somehow tried to change the address, and you could have stopped the package from being shipped there if you had corrected it then and there.
Sellers have protection if they send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. That is why your seller insists it was Delivered, because the tracking states it was delivered.

OP1 year agoI did and I only saw my address. But how did they even know which address to use since there were 2 on the label? I really feel like the seller never even tried to help me. He hit his money and could care less about me needing my package and losing my money. I’m an honest person but don’t think he was being honest with me. I guess I’ll just close my account and never use eBay again. Thanks
