I am going away for 3 months. I would like to keep my listings. I do not want to pay the store fee. What do you suggest?

Unfortunately, eBay's Time away feature will not cover 90 days: Time Away | eBay
You can End your listings and they move to your Unsold file and will remain there for 90 days, no more so you may be cutting that close if you do it that way.
You can Close your store but fees may apply anyway, read about it here: eBay Stores overview | eBay
