Awaiting Shipment
T seems here lately that when an order is placed and you check on item it is Awaiting Shipment. Why do they not mention that before placing order. I know why because they do not want to loose an order. But its not fair for buyer who wants item as soon as possible without having to wait for shipment to arrive to seller. I would think buyer should have item in possession before listing item for sale. Just doesn't make since.

The listing states an estimated delivery date or date range. That date is your criterion for determining the promptness of a seller. Who cares what the seller has to wait for, my only interest is when the item will get to me, and if it doesn't arrive by the estimated date, the resolution is the Item Not Received case.
