Awaiting Payment
Hello I just wanted to know that I just sold the School Rumble White T-Shirt to the buyer who purchased this item and I didn't receive a payment for over a week. I reminded the seller over 10 times to pay for this item so I can print out a shipping label but he wouldn't respond due to his inactivity and his selfishness so can you remind the seller to pay for the School Rumble White T-Shirt because When buyers don't pay for any item that means that they're violating the policy.

OP3 years agoI've been Patient with marqiutoval-99 for 3 days and he refuses to pay and i've sent him a reminder yesterday but he keeps being stubborn and unresponsive.

Sellers only have to wait 4 days (to the minute) to cancel an order due to non-payment. Use the pull-down menu and click the Cancel function. On the next page is another pull down menu with reasons for the cancellation, use Buyer did not pay.
-The Buyer will get an unpaid item strike on their account ... if they get 2 in 12 months they can;t buy much on eBay due to the default settings most Sellers have to block Buyers with 2 or more UPIs in 1, 6 or 12 months.
-Don't send that many messages to Buyers in the future, it might tick them off and if they pay they may leave negative Feedback for you for any reason they want
-Use the Report Buyer link on the item in your Sold file to alert eBay of the issue
-When you cancel you can Relist right away or wait, there is a check box on the cancellation flow for that.
-If you sell long enough this will happen from time to time ...
-The 4 day cancellation process can be set to happen automatically if you want, mine is set for manual because from time to time Buyers want or need more time to pay are are bidding on numerous items that end on different days so I work with them, its good business.

·3 years agoIf a buyer doesn't pay in 4 days, on the 5th day, cancel the order and use nonpayment as the reason.
The seller will receive an unpaid item strike and you can relist the item.
