Avast security warning while visiting a sellers page ...
Visiting a sellers page on RV inverters Avavst security (windows computer) notified me of 12 attempts to redirect a connection to an outside web site tagged as malicious. I took a screen shot of at least one attempt.
I will attempt to view a log on this to confirm ...
has anyone else exapewrianced this..
Trying to contact ebays automated reporting system was a dismal frustrating FAILURE!
WHO do i report this to?

Mentor1 year ago@chaztiz This is more likely to be an issue with malware on your computer. A seller doesn't have access to the eBay site to be able to insert this type of Malware code. If they did we would have seen more issues by bad actors over the years.
I would clear all cookies. Restart computer and run a deep virus check with a different program. There are other free or trial period ones that you can use.

If you're receiving an Avast security warning while visiting a seller’s page, it’s possible that the page contains suspicious content or external links flagged by security software.
You can report the item directly using the "Report" button located above the item description on the listing page.
For convenience, you can also use this direct reporting link:
https://ocswf.ebay.com/rti/compose?seller=bungolawing&rt=nc&rmvHdr=true&_trksid=p4429486.m2548.l2566&items=375543291693
This will allow you to notify eBay of any potential security concerns with the seller’s page.
