Available funds not paying out still

Question

I've had funds that have been available for almost a month already and I've had my payout schedule on daily. It doesn't say that the funds are on hold, processing, or are sent already. I have a valid bank account payout method, but the funds haven't been sent out since. I also tried changing the payout schedule many times, but the request payout button only stayed greyed out anyways.

How can you have available funds "for over a month" if you just registered on Ebay on April 14th and sold the item on April 15? Since you are a new seller, your payout can be held for up to 31 days.
