Available funds but no withdraw button?

Question

Hi im new to selling her on a small scale and funds became available and everything tells me to go to my payments tab and use withdraw but there is no withdraw option . Can someone help if you might know why. It says they’re available and I have linked a banking option .

ALL new and infrequent Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request.

Buyers have up to 30 days after delivery to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that.

Once you have additional successful sales, eBay should start releasing your funds sooner.
