autopay on a future date
How do I prevent buyers from using autopay (at a future date) when paying for one of y buy it now listings? it seems that most of the tie, when someone uses this method, I eventually have to cancel the order because they never pay for the item.

Mentor1 year agoIf the autopay is allowing additional time to pay then you are offering combined shipping. You would need to turn off the combined shipping option for your listings to receive immediate payment (within one hour for auction listings).

Mentor1 year agoAFAIK, if you require auto pay for your auctions, and you give a discount for combined shipping, the buyer can select that they wish to continue shopping with you, so ebay allows up to 7 days for the buyer to pay. You can OPT OUT of autopay, in which case the buyer will then have up to 4 days to pay.
