autopay
sold an item but instead of payment I have this listed instead.
Autopay at Oct 31 7:00pm PDT
The buyer wants to shop more, but they may check out early.
Does it mean, payment won't be made until Oct,31st? Never had that happened to me before, just wanted to verify if that's what it means.

Autopay is when you as a seller require buyers to provide a payment method before making a bid or offer.
The setting is in buyer requirements in account settings> https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
If you require buyers to provide a payment method prior to bidding AND allow combined shipping in your account settings then the buyer may choose to keep bidding for 7 days before paying. This is a change that many auction sellers asked for. You can read about the 7 days to pay for combined shipping on auctions here>
