Automobile purchase through eBay's Secured Service via Caramel LLC
Have not received the title to the vehicle purchased a couple of weeks ago and delivered March 19, 2026. The Seller sent the title to Caramel--essentially escrow agent for eBay and I have no knowledge about where the title is nor how I am supposed to receive it.
