How do I keep automatic sending offers and i never sent them...

1) Find your listing on Seller Hub here: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) From the Edit drop-down to the left, select "View Offer Settings"
3) Under Summary> Preferences, click "Change Offer Settings"
4) On the slide out to the right, click "Automatically send offers"
5) Turn the "Automatically send offers" switch off
6) Done.

There is no bulk edit option for this. It is a listing by listing event.
When you do send offers, make sure the slider is off
If you have the "new" active listings page, you can see how many you need to edit here
It's also on the "old" active listing page, but I can't make a screenshot of that.
