Automatic Sniping
Although it is abundantly clear from the 30-day record of a winning bidder when an app is being used to defraud honest bidders, why does Ebay ignore this evidence and do nothing? This unfair practice has become too common!

Sniping -- bidding at the end of an auction -- is explicitly allowed by eBay.

Every bidder has the same opportunity to submit a maximum bid, and at the end of the auction the highest bidder wins. In the case of a tie, the earlier bidder is the winner.
