As of this moment, there is no > KNOWN problem/open alert ticket about this issue, but you can "Report" the issue that you're experiencing to eBay.
Here's how:
Look in the bottom right hand corner of the > eBay Home Page and click on the icon. You can Report content, Send feedback to eBay, or Report a technical problem (see screenshot below):
