Automatic Price Reduction is stuck "on" for several listings, cannot be turned off

I have several product listings where "automatic price reduction" is stuck "on" and cannot be turned off. Each time I would turn it "off", it would just turn itself back on. Now the "automatic price reduction" option is missing altogether, so I don't even have the option to try to turn it off any more. I've already spoken with support and they supposedly disabled the feature completely from my account, but the specific listings keep dropping their prices on their own anyways. How do I get this turned off for good? Or are these listings permanently "broken" forever now?

Hi @magic-7819

I suspect that you might be caught in the troubleshooting phase of the new feature and for some unknown or unshared reason your account has been negatively affected. If it were me I would END those listings and create new ones from scratch. I would not risk using Sell Similar (unless you want to test it on ONE listing) for fear of the feature still being stuck to those listings.

RE: No New News

I did ask for clarification from one of our eBay Community Team Members about this situation (but have not received anything about an easy solution).

Personally, I would end the listing and relist.

But...I suggested that to a different seller and that seller did not want to do that. That seller is opting to monitor the item because they have a lot of "Watchers." I get that and I support that seller's decision.
