Mentor8 months agoIf you are referring to having an auto payment made when you purchase something then you cannot control this option. This is a seller option and buyers cannot get around the requirement.
As a seller this option is shown in your buyer requirements and you can turn it off for auctions and offers. If you do this then you will only have the normal protection for unpaid items.
