Automatic payment when accepting offers
I allow offers on my buy it now offers. When I accept an offer eBay is automatically charging the buyer immediately. Can that be “turned off†so the buyer can buy more items and then ask for invoice when done and I can give combined shipping discounts?

Mentor8 months ago@wsusoev. In addition to @fashionsandbeauty4u 's excellent advice I wanted to clarify that you cannot send invoices for items paid for using best offer.
The buyer will be able to wait and make one payment for all items then you can issue a partial refund for shipping overcharges.
Be sure to not have automatic unpaid cancelation turned on in account settings.

If you go to your Account Settings>Buyer Management, there is a small box to check/uncheck to require that Buyers have a payment method on file before they can make an Offer. If you uncheck that box, that should help.
